What an awful experience as a tenant. Davies & Davies illegally entered our property without notification during our tenancy and billed us for charges after we had left the property. The lettings staff were problematic to deal with throughout and the whole experience in dealing with them was utterly awful. We were model tenants with a perfectly maintained property not one late payment and the service we received from them was utterly appalling. In fact they have been one of the worse companies we have dealt with in over a decade. If you have any option avoid using this firm.
