Palmer Snell Taunton currently manages the maintenance contract for my landlord, I didn't have hot water throughout my house from Feb 20 to the end of Jun 20 (over four months), I since have had a had a leak in my bathroom, which when I have a shower results in a waterfall in my kitchen!!! 2 months later since not resolved. Staff in the Taunton branch are a disgrace.
