used this company to try and sort a rental property ..went through the hoop jumping checks as usual ..All came back approved. Spoke to one of their employees for an update and almost felt like i was being a nuisance ! waited a further 2 weeks only to be told the landlord had let the flat to a friend of a friend ! Perhaps this company should carry out checks on their landlords too !! zero rating !!

Where to start with this awful agent. A firm is only as good as their worst employee, and for Symonds and Sampson, it is their Partner and Head of Lettings who gains that title. Absolute joke of a company!. Women in Dorchester has buried her head thinking the issues and damage done to my property during repairs to.the flat above will just go away.
