Giving 1 star because you can’t put 0. The people at this estate agents are so unprofessional. Apparently my credit check failed and was not possible to proceed without a guarantor. They refused to explain my circumstances to the landlord directly and wouldn’t pass a letter onto them from myself. I have since applied for and been accepted for a mortgage. The lenders used the same reference company as this estate agent and didn’t have any concerns. Proving that it was the estate agents being difficult, not a fault with the credit. The company is a shambles. There were times I would call and they would say “yeah what do you want to know” very abruptly. They are not willing or happy to help you and I would never recommend anyone use them.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Fees to the landlord seem competitive and probably better value than others because of the level of services included. Fees to tenants (notably for commencement of a tenancy) are better than most available from the other high street agencies.
