Giving 1 star because you can’t put 0. The people at this estate agents are so unprofessional. Apparently my credit check failed and was not possible to proceed without a guarantor. What agent could do to change your mind?
Fees to the landlord seem competitive and probably better value than others because of the level of services included. Fees to tenants (notably for commencement of a tenancy) are better than most available from the other high street agencies.
