Rude staff and mould. I would rather live in a tent in a field than have the displeasure of speaking with their incompetent staff again.

Dont know where to start with this company. The two windows that never opened since 2019, still do not open (bedroom and kitchen - imagine the hot weather we had!). The estate agents are very kind and helpful, although the referencing may be a bit excessive in the amount of info requested. Once you pass this point they are an amazing agency. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
