Absolutely awful service. We have had 2 toilets broken in this house since the first week of moving in. It is coming up to 5months now!!!!! and no repairs have been carried out. 5hey keep sending a plumber to look at the toilet. Such a joke! They have asked me to repeatedly speak to the maintenance people and no manager wants to even discuss. Instead they put forward a trainee.

Palmer snell yeovil what a joke... So weve been with them a year, and my word its been a shambles since we started. The house has no central heating, it was advertised as central heating.
