Do not go with this agent if you value your neighbours. I have the gross misfortune of owning a house next door to one of the properties they manage. I came home from a day at work to find an enormous amount of garden debris from the neighbouring property strewn about under my fence from A&W's gardener having done some cutting down. It had very obviously been thrown over to my side so that he could avoid a trip to the tip. When I phoned to complain I was, incredibly, told that I was always intended to be part of the clean up operation! They fill the house with incredibly noisy, poorly behaved people and do nothing to manage their behaviour. Ethical landlords, steer clear!

This branch has very poor communication to tenants. The staffs are polite but not prioritize and keep their customers well informed. Every processes I have been through were super slow. Fantastic service. I can't fault the team from the Winchester office at all. Richard and Gail were the two I dealt with and they were both readily available and really moved the sale along.
