I had the most horrible experience with… I had the most horrible experience with this agency from The agency from Bilstol West Midlands. Had the credit checks with 1 month before the date of the contract, but waited with 2 days before to tell me a story that the landlord is not UK and they can't rent the property. They left me on the street and I need to wait to be refunded for the feed that I have payed. Sophia Mitchell MARLA the manager started to scream at us!!! Horrible experience, horrible people!!!! DO NOT TRUST!!!!!!

19 Mar 2020Good Morning Oana and thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, due to extenuating circumstances with what is going on in the world right now, the Landlord of the property you applied for is having to self-isolate and is stuck abroad on Lockdown, he went away for three days and is currently unable to return to the UK. Due to this, the Landlord has decided to temporarily withdraw his property from the rental market until he is able to get back in time for you to move in to the property on the date agreed (20th March 2020.) As you can appreciate, all lets are 'Subject to Contract' and we made you aware of this situation as soon as the Landlord contacted us to tell us he was temporarily withdrawing. I understand your frustration however to try and help you I sent you photos via email and arranged to meet you at a similar property we had available to let and move in to the same day you were due to move in to the property you originally applied for, to which you refused to look around once I had met you there. Again, I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you and your partner, however, this was out of my control and was ultimately the Landlords decision to withdraw.
