I have been with Royal Dock Property Services for last 5 years as a tenant and they proved to provide exceptional customer service. Mike and Steven in particular, they are the best agents I have met in my entire life. Very professional, reliable and hard working, even if it comes to difficult landlords, they do their best to find a way. 24 hour callout was not available as advertised for maintenance. Maintenance team are cowboys. Months after damage occurred still not repaired. Claimed tenants were late paying rent which is not actually the case. Turns out references were not properly... Read Full Review
