Natasha's call out of blue one wet afternoon was the sunshine we needed. We had spent two months on the market with Purple Bricks which needless to say did not bring us many viewings and especially none that were in a position to proceed with buying our home. After a conversation with Natasha she despatched Russell to our house within the next couple of days.He came in and was very honest regarding the quality of our shocking photos, existing advert and all round lack of positive marketing by Purple Bricks . He proposed a new plan to re advertise our home and get it sold within 6 weeks! At the time we thought was quite ambitious considering the current climate and the experience we had already had with Purple Bricks . Within a week of the house going on the market with Russell and his team we had two viewings booked who were both in a position to offer should they have wanted to. We listened to Russell's advice all round including letting them do the viewings. The second family though our door offered the very next day and after negotiations via Russell we settled at the price we had wanted all along for our home . We would not hesitate in recommending the Totton office and the team expertly led by Russell .
