Property was on the market with a different estate agent for close to 2 months with little success, approached Connells, Richard was adamant he could let the property out in a quicker time frame. 3-4 weeks later the property is no longer vacant. Fees are more than previous agent but you get what you pay for.

Hired Connells to do a check in and check out service and to find me tenants. Tenant finding was no problem, but they just wanted their money so skipped the check in service and did not do an inventory, lied about the property being in pristine condition, only for me to find out that it was a...
