Hired Connells to do a check in and check out service and to find me tenants. Tenant finding was no problem, but they just wanted their money so skipped the check in service and did not do an inventory, lied about the property being in pristine condition, only for me to find out that it was a complete tip. Based on their account i released the deposit. Repairs cost me 500 quid and now Connells simply ignores your emails. I was not given any references, any inventory, no communication regarding the tenant, no DD set up. Best friend till they get your money and then it's adios. One of the worse companies I have had to deal with in recent years. When trying to get your business it's all happy days and very responsive, until the check clears and then they don't care and ignore your emails and requests. Never again. cowboys.
