Absolutely terrible . Would definitely not recommend Do no reply to phone call when advised Do not chase up repairs 4.5 months to get a simple wall sorted No water and heating for over 25 days ( all totalled up) Pass the buck at any opportunity Score below other estate agents in the area If your letting with them beware!!

Unfortunately sad experience whenever attempting to contact them made to feel like a burden every time there are specific staff that just treat me like I don't matter , asking questions that are just not answered being left to feel like I have 0 security even though you pay to rent a house... Not the friendlist bunch , make you feel very much like a burden trying to rent a house no updates the recipt of payments made its sad because I get its there job and there estate agents but they couldn't care less if you are homeless about to become homeless I understand it's busy... I have to say that you cannot find such a cowboy Estate Agent any where in UK. They are terrible in communication, I do not know if they are working with less staff. If you are a foreigner you cannot get any thing from the Agent and are "Racist" when put things in black and white... Read Full Review

Appalling customer service,worse agent I've ever used.
