The houses original photos we're not satisfactory, even to the person from boron shaw who reviewed my house after a short time it was placed ont he market. The lady on the phone suggested borron shaw would take some more photos (especially since the first photo of the front of the house didnt even show the front door. A few weeks later I recieved a phone call from Anthony Smith (estate Agent at borron shaw) who advised me to reduce the price of the house in order to make it more appealing. I agreed to do this If he could take some more photos. This was agreed.. the house was INSTANTLY reduced, but after two months I am STILL awaiting these new photos to be taken and placed on the houses listing. but this has not happened. I have removed my house for sale from them as from today!

We marketed the property in question on 20.12.16 and we proceeded to add your property as a Premium Listing on the Rightmove website. This ensures that your advert stands out against others, we have limited available spaces for this option. We carried out reviews on a regular basis and this enabled us to re-assess your property details hence the reason we suggested new photographs and a change in the price. During the course of the marketing the property was been cleared out, the weather brightened up (the original photos were taken in Winter) and as there was a large tree blocking the view of the front of the house we wanted to try and take a better external shot. The photographs were changed on our system as per the brochure we sent over to you, however; there had been a technical glitch on the system and the photographs hadn't fed through on the automatic feed service onto the websites. This issue was rectified immediately and we offered our sincere apologies that it hadn't been noticed sooner. Whilst you were on the market we have several viewings and multiple offers all of which were rejected as they were too low. We carried out all the viewings as part of our service and tried to get increased offers from all parties to no avail. We carried out frequent property reviews to keep you up to date on progress and we were always prompt in providing feedback. We worked hard to try and achieve a sale on the property and it was unfortunate that you had to withdraw as we are confident a sale would have been agreed. We would like to offer our apologies if you feel the service we provided wasn't satisfactory and we will take on board the comments you made. Not the friendlist bunch , make you feel very much like a burden trying to rent a house no updates the recipt of payments made its sad because I get its there job and there estate agents but they couldn't care less if you are homeless about to become homeless I understand it's busy... I have to say that you cannot find such a cowboy Estate Agent any where in UK. They are terrible in communication, I do not know if they are working with less staff. If you are a foreigner you cannot get any thing from the Agent and are "Racist" when put things in black and white... Read Full Review

Made up reference fees
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
