Awful service! We tried to contact the Bristol office of Knight Frank several times because we want to arrange for a viewing. We currently don't live in Bristol, so it would mean arranging a special trip to the city. Despite multiple attempts through a website, through email and through telephone messages, there has been no response whatsoever. We realize that this is a difficult time for everyone, but every other agency has at least had the decency to respond the same day. Even if they are busy or not well or temporarily closed [which they are not, as per the messaging service we spoke with], they should at least take 1 minute to respond and let us know. We are not sure what it is: Could it be incompetence, or lack of professionalism, or just rude behavior?
