Another agent I was with closed and merged with Taylor’s - who didn’t even have the courteously to call me and tell me what had happened. From here on, communication was terrible with me being left to discover information rather than be informed. Through lockdown, it always seemed like I was speaking to someone in a dressing gown who couldn’t be bothered. Eventually, I searched their own website and Rightmove to find that they had taken my property down and not even told me! Terrible, terrible communication!
