Extremely bad experience 3 Manager changed in 2 months. There lettings team was handling the sales teams calls so people who would enquire about the property would be turned away,Therefore In 3 months we had 2 viewings. All without any estate agents present. They make extremely long contracts generally 6 to 8 month sole agent contracts. They then at the end sent a investor which offered significantly less then asking price. We obviously refused this. However chancellors turned even more people away from the property as everytime people called they would say the property is under offer so no more viewings. At the end they even had audacity to send us a invoice on the marketing

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
