One of the worst agency to deal with. The contract clearly states the all viewing with be accompanied by the agency. However, we had a total of five viewings in two months, one was accompanied by Bailee and rest were done by us. This all happen before the pandemic, so they can't blame COVID-19. We received an offer and they wanted me to accept the offer. However, I replied to them with a minimum offer and buyer agreed after a few rounds of the email exchange. The buyer delayed the purchase for three months because of EWS1 form and later on found that it is not required for a mortgage offer. All Thomas Marsh did during this period is pass form to me and didn't even know that EWS1 form is only for a building which is higher than 18m whereas my flat is 9m so the EWS1 form is not applicable. I expect that established and award-winning estate agent should have to know the requirement of EWS1 form but that wasn't the case. Extremely disappointed with the service received by Thomas Marsh. I hope this review will help others.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
