Thomas Marsh is a highly professional, polite, helpful and a very knowledgeable company. I personally would highly recommend selling your house through them. Bailee Curran and Chelsea were amazing. After signing a contract with them, within 24hrs all the photos and details were advertised on Right Move, On the market.com as well as on their front window touch screen computer display. My house was sold within 3 days. I live in a row of terraced houses and my house was 1 of 3 within that terrace that went up for sale and without a For Sale board, unlike the others that did have their sellers boards put up it took them a couple of months to sell their properties. In fact one had to re-advertise the property twice. Thomas Marsh were their at the end of the phone throughout the whole process, always willing to help, keeping me informed all the way through. They always answered the phone and were on the ball when it came to chasing up anything or simply answering any questions. Their advice was second to none. If you are thinking of selling your house, need a valuation or simply to get advice. Forget about the rest and go with the very best in Grays. Thomas Marsh. They won't let you down.

One of the worst agency to deal with. The contract clearly states the all viewing with be accompanied by the agency.
