Very happy after four years renting from Pocock and Shaw. We found the flat through the previous tenant who also had a good experience. At the start Pocock and Shaw went out their way to help us move in on the date that suited us. There were some teething issues with maintenance, but these were dealt with sensibly. The communication has been really good, particularly in these difficult Covid-19 times, where again, it has to be said they went out of their way to be helpful. Where visits to flat occurred they were necessary, done with our permission and at our convenience. Will happily recommend the agent to friends. Only left the property as we were able to purchase a house.
