Been with JLL (Manchester) for 5 years now. Most of the time things are fine and they are easy to communicate with and all issues I have ever had have been resolved promptly which is all I can ask really. During the lock down they have been especially good in changing tenants and finding new ones very quickly. No agents will be perfect but I would fully recommend them as an overseas landlord.

JLL really need to work on how their staff treat their customers and their customers' issues. When they are getting money from you, they are great, as soon as you have paid, you will be ignored. No company is THAT busy that they cannot acknowledge tenants' emails. Its bad management, bad hiring principles and giving the company a terrible reputation. It really needs working on as I wish to remain in my current property yet I wouldn't stay due to the letting agents
We were charged money for an administrative process that was not necessary and getting the money refunded was a task in itself.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
