I don't know where to begin but I'll give you the best: LPM charges emergency charge of £7.20 which isn't really a lot but let see what emergencies would it cover. Emergencies would include: fire, storm, damage and anything that may be considered a threat to public health. I wasn't smart enough as I've always thought that I would dial 999. Well I was wrong! LPM would dial on my behalf. I am going to pose myself for a brief meditation. When my neighbours had sewage leaking into their garden they phoned LPM for help, they were told that it wasn't covered by emergency fees because it wasn't inside the property and it was dark outside. Well, it was in August around 6pm and in my poor opinion it was pretty light outside. So if you thinking of making a fire, storm or flood in your own property you might benefit by being a customer of this company. But if you are normal person I would strongly suggest: find respectable company. Best wishes, Sincerely yours

Without a shadow of a doubt the worse organisation I have ever had to deal with. Absolutely shocking. Bills are made so difficult to understand you just give up. Beware. Take money for the bare minimum of work. And then have every excuse under the sun. Had problems with them over the last 4 years and this year has been the worst by far.
