I can only say as a customer that I find this company extremely competent in their ability to manage and sort out difficult issues within our properties.Their fees while not the cheapest reflect the level of time and effort put in.

The worst company ever! Bad management and customer service. My roof has been leaking 3 times and still not fixed. Stairways and bins storage filthy. Rats everywhere! Without a shadow of a doubt the worse organisation I have ever had to deal with. Absolutely shocking. Bills are made so difficult to understand you just give up. Beware. Take money for the bare minimum of work. And then have every excuse under the sun. Had problems with them over the last 4 years and this year has been the worst by far.
