They don't fix problems, leave properties unsecure and tenants at risk, and don't even answer their emergency number. AVOID! I've rented a lot of places as a student and over placements, however this company blows my mind as to the substandard practices and completely inadequate customer service offered. Nothing is fixed, the properties are left to rot.

WORST AGENCY - AVOID Rented a room with Multi Let & once I'd moved in I found out there was a hole in the roof of the house and every time it rained water came into my room making it damp and mouldy. After telling Multi Let about this they took weeks to get someone to fix the ... Read Full Review

As a landlord using multi-let they have been an appalling agent. My tenant has also written a review on this site - wish I had seen it earlier. Never answer emails, no new tenants acquired in over a year. All they do is take their fees - don't think they have ever even visited the ... Read Full Review

A really terrible agency. They trap you in a contract and then don't let you leave until you pay them a lot of money. A really scam agency. The heating was included in my rent, but I had no heating in the winter and when you complain, they just blame it on the landlord or on British gas. ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
