Just agreed a let on a property haven't moved in yet. Process was quick to start referencing all online no printing docs and taking them anywhere all done at home. Felt a pain phoning office with questions but they were really nice with good advice and genuinely there to help you. All the online stuff explained at every level (which is a good thing for me). Instant email responses they even sort out your transfer of utilities and 1st payments through virtual banking it's all a bit new had to go through fraud operations with my bank to allow my payment to go and with work, kids and a job to juggle it's definitely the way forward. My personal experience was 5 star, thank you Ferndown.

I had an appointment with the landlord to view a property in Marston Green on Sunday at 11am and nobody was there. I was sent this company to my door by another estate agency. The guy started making notes for refurbishment costs (presumably for a joke rock bottom offer for this agency to buy up at a low price, then tart up to sell at full market value lol). I would never let property through this company again. Unfortunately Ferndown charge the standard 10% without that level of service. Their communication is poor to say the least.
