If I could give no stars I would! Disgrace of a company taking lardlords money, over charging monthly, fully managed service yet still on the phone at least twice a week because they don't know what they're doing! Follow that with the tenants trashing the house upon departure and after three months only being awarded £130 because they lost the paperwork to be submitted. Then a bill for £70 for the services to check the tenants before they moved in! Extremely poor service. Would never recommend now I've had to spend £1000+ putting my home back together!!

27 Mar 2018Been waiting since October2017 and it's now 27th March 2018 and still not received deposit back inspire of my self partner and landlord signing indemnity forms going to take them to court now then...
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
