Very unprofessional both me and my tennant got so sick of dealing with them we moved our business to another rental agent (marshals) they just don't seem to care about the property at all so long as they get someone in and paying rent and their money at one point they asey asked me to sign a waver saying I didn't want any references they quoted £130 and ended up charging nearly twice that when I phoned up the contractor he simply said well your pulling it off the market anyway which was none of his business anyway not recommended

27 Mar 2018Been waiting since October2017 and it's now 27th March 2018 and still not received deposit back inspire of my self partner and landlord signing indemnity forms going to take them to court now then they will have to pay ya plus costs wouldn't recommend any tenant using this agency no one seems to know what is going on and how to deal with it quickly and professionally

30 Mar 2018Have experience with this awful agency (Plymouth)worst I ever had with any other agency in my life!!! Charges, to rent a property for two people £600 + deposit and rent!!! Can you imagine?? £600 to add names in a form and print copy, more than in London!!! Lot's of promises but after, paper been sign money taken nothing has been done in a property. We always had an issue with it, but what we got from them? Nothing just ignore!! after several calls, half year waiting for someone, to come and sort the issues in a property, nothing has been done, my contract nearly end (1yr) in that time, I had only one inspection, still nothing changed. But most shocking thing was, I've got letter to renew my contract with some extra charges and + £25 every month!!!! No way, never in my life, all this year just stress and nothing else!!!

If I could give no stars I would! Disgrace of a company taking lardlords money, over charging monthly, fully managed service yet still on the phone at least twice a week because they don't know what they're doing! Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
