Terry and the team were very helpful and the whole process of paying deposits, referencing, signing contracts and getting keys was very smooth and straightforward - which is not always the case. We love Shoreham and are delighted with the property which already feels like a warm and comfortable home and would certainly recommend Warwick Baker.
