As a landlord I need an agent that advertises my property effectively, vets prospective clients, collects rent and pays it to me quickly, looks after my tenants needs as well as mine, regularly inspects my property and generally keeps me fully informed. The service was poor, they didnt even meet me at the property when I was moving in. They didn't provide me with information regarding the property and information they did tell me was wrong! Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
