They went back on a promise they made over the phone after we moved out from one of their properties - they said we would have to pay 2 months rent after giving notice and then asked for 2 months and a half when we had to make the last payment, saying they actually meant 2 more months from the day of our next due payment, not from when we handed our notice. (which they didn't) This has all been discussed via telephone and they did not send any email or written documents to acknowledge either that they have accepted the notice or the period for which our rent payments were still due. We ended up having to pay for the extra period due to the lack of aforementioned written evidence and because our tenancy agreement did not have a break clause. The agency claims it was the landlord's decision to ask for the extra money, and as we had no break clause he had the right to do so, but nonetheless I cannot recommend this agency for not having informed us until the very last night when our last rent payment was due that we had to pay 650 pounds extra. That is a lack of professionalism and an experience I do not wish on anyone.

In my opinion, they charged overpriced rent for a flat with poor isolation that gets mold on the walls in winter and where every sound from the neighbors downstair can be heard.

They don’t give deposits back making unacceptable reasons.They give you extra hassle and make a lame excuses.They are making a claim for cleaning which is they can’t prove even.We requested check in and check out inventory pictures they are hesitant to provide.Be careful they ... Read Full Review
