They don’t give deposits back making unacceptable reasons.They give you extra hassle and make a lame excuses.They are making a claim for cleaning which is they can’t prove even.We requested check in and check out inventory pictures they are hesitant to provide.Be careful they are a big time scammers.

They went back on a promise they made over the phone after we moved out from one of their properties - they said we would have to pay 2 months rent after giving notice and then asked for 2 months and a half when we had to make the last payment, saying they actually meant 2 more months from the day ... In my opinion, they charged overpriced rent for a flat with poor isolation that gets mold on the walls in winter and where every sound from the neighbors downstair can be heard.
