Customer Service! What customer service!! As you can see from previous reviews it seems that this branch find it acceptable to put the phone down on customers when they are being challenged. The Manager clearly needs to look at the attitudes of his staff especially Georgina that just "spurts rubbish" and then when challenged cannot deal with someone and has to put the phone down! Really think you need to record your calls as you would be horrified with what your staff are doing. If you want great service with staff that have good attitude, then use a different agent, there are many in Coalville!

I would absolutly not recommend this branch, To be honest more perticularlly David McKnight! He is a vacant in helping us rent our mothers house the second you pay him some money he is gone like a ghost. He never gets back to us when he said he does and i mean NEVER.
