Rang to book a viewing for a few properties they had on offer. An elder lady answered the phone, and I asked upfront before booking (as I'm an honest trustworthy tenant) whether they accept pets in the property to view. She turned cold and stated none of their properties accept pets. Then didn't care to hear what I had to say in response, rushed me off the phone and didn't give me the time of day to say anymore. Ironic as theirs a whole section on renting with pets in their tenant page within their website? Either she's misinformed or the website needs updating- either way, no need for the attitude on the phone. Really put a downer on the rest of my day.

The property was empty, so accompanied viewings only. These were only available during normal office hours, which is very difficult when you're working full time.
