The property was empty, so accompanied viewings only. These were only available during normal office hours, which is very difficult when you're working full time. Fortunately my husband was able to squeeze in a viewing at the end of the day, and as we'd both viewed a similar property I trusted him to decide. Good communications from Shelley initially, but deteriorated a bit after the offer had been accepted. Adam did phone me to check whether a survey had been arranged. Queries that I sent by email had to be chased up by phone (this is in contrast to the agents we sold through who always acknowledged receipt of emails and confirmed that information had been passed on/received). The brochure and marketing materials we received were good quality. They did arrange for us to have another viewing of the property once the sale was confirmed, so we could measure for curtains and furniture.
