Communication is consistently poor. First off, they organised a viewing of our property which we would attend, but they didn’t give us any information about who they were - not even a name. They organised a viewing at our house without even informing us. This resulted in us needing to take the key away from them! A clear lack of respect. Thankfully our property was sold through another agent. Now we’re trying to purchase a property through them and they fail to phone us back with feedback on our offer. When we contact them they tell us an offer they ‘think’ will be acceptable - we’re not interested in what you think! What do the owners think?! If our experience of their communication is anything to go by, I doubt the owner of this property has even received our offer! I’ve phoned the office several times and the line just rings out. I’ve left an email with them asking they come back to me with some feedback (good or bad) and they failed to reply.
