The worst of the worst. They neglect housing repairs including mould and damp. They impose physical home inspections knowing that a professional middle aged tenant is taking far better care of the property than the landlord or themselves and knowing that it would be considered harassment. They serve Section 21 notices half way through a one year tenancy contract and then continue to harass about it. They (one person especially) are the most deeply unpleasant creatures to have to deal with.. and lets be honest, the bar as far as estate/letting agents are concerned is pretty rock bottom low to start with. I cannot wait to never have to deal with or think about them or the little rock (Henry Adams) that they reside under again. Here is an HONEST REVIEW. I will most certainly not be buying or selling using this outfit in future and I hope this serves as a stark warning to decent, responsible tenants as to what they are likely to have to face. And then there's having to contend with the most appalling, rogue landlord behind it all too that they are trying to shield. I have been left with no other option than to take further action at this point.

Henry Adams has announced the acquisition of Charles Peck, a well-established Chichester-based estate agency.
The purchase further strengthens Henry Adams' service offerings across Chichester and the surrounding area, while also marking a new chapter Charles and Sally Peck, who founded their agency in 2002.
Charles became an estate agent in 1970 at his father's Yorkshire firm. In the 1990s, he became a regional director of Halifax, before he and Sally went on to launch their own business, where the latter managed the financial accounts, including landlord and tenant accounts.
Both Charles and Sally will remain actively involved with Henry Adams as consultants in the coming months to ensure a seamless transition for clients and colleagues.
Charles said: “Sally and I founded the company in 2002 and we hope we have created a friendly, family-run lettings and estate agency with a lovely team of colleagues. We felt the time was now right to take the opportunity of merging the business with Henry Adams. They are a well-respected company, and we share the same values in seeking to provide honest, friendly, and personal service to our customers and clients.”
Ian Wiggett, CEO of Henry Adams, commented: “Henry Adams was founded in Chichester more than 30 years ago so we're delighted to increase our range and depth of services in the city for the benefit of our many customers and clients. We extend a warm welcome to Charles Peck and I'd like to thank everyone involved in this transaction as we look ahead to the future growth of the business.”
Henry Adams says it is keen to secure more partnerships, acquisitions or joint ventures in the coming months and would like to hear from any agency owners considering their future options.

We’ve not rented before, although we have been landlords in the past. Charlie Salt at Henry Adams Chichester has been the most approachable and helpful of agents. We’ve realised that it’s hard to rent when you have a dog, but took our cockapoo with us on viewings to show how well behaved she is! This review is consistent with all the other 5 star ratings that have been given for Henry Adams Lettings. Nick and his team were very efficient and proactive at the start of the process of letting the house. Once the tenants had moved in the lettings team kept us well informed about condition issues and defects, so that remedial action could be arranged quickly. All the administraion worked smoothly. At the end of the tenancy Louisa worked tirelessly and liaised most effectively with the tenants to ensure that the property was left in really good condition. Altogether we are impressed and very satisfied by the way Henry Adams have managed the letting from the start. Louisa's contribution throughout has been instrumental in this positive review.
