A total shambles of a company. Made an appointment to view, they then called a few hours later and told us there was no way they could make this time or anytime over the weekend! My wife took a day off work to view at the end of the week. We then noticed the day before that the property had a Sold stc flash on Rightmove. Called them was promised a call back, which we didn't get so were forced to keep calling them. Finally found it had been sold 2 days AFTER we were supposed to view on the first occasion! I have never missed a sale before because the agent was incapably of managing their time. They are completely disinterested in talk to us now. Avoid, there are other agents out there, although Ocean don't seem to realize this.
What agent could do to change your mind?
