Poor service. We have to wait longtime to get a rental property. After agreed to the letting they will give the appointment for the viewing to many people. They will compare everyone then only they will choose one tenant from there. They will Terribly wasting our time. Very poor service.

Great until you move out of the property you rent from them...check out inventory stated property was in a better condition then the start of tenancy but still had part of my deposit taken away for a cleaner to be hired for 'light dust'. The Estate agents are very poor from their communication through to their management. In particular Matt the branch manager is very unprofessional he doesn't give good updates and behaves like a child acting as if the properties his agency are advertising his personally.
