Poor service. We have to wait longtime to get a rental property. After agreed to the letting they will give the appointment for the viewing to many people. Great until you move out of the property you rent from them...check out inventory stated property was in a better condition then the start of tenancy but still had part of my deposit taken away for a cleaner to be hired for 'light dust'. The Estate agents are very poor from their communication through to their management. In particular Matt the branch manager is very unprofessional he doesn't give good updates and behaves like a child acting as if the properties his agency are advertising his personally. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
