Appalling unethical and rude. Pretty sure they steal from us . We rented a year and they were awful people to get a hold of or do any repairs A. Hoskins

18 Oct 2019Thank you for the review, however we feel this is unfair, if a tenant reports a problem in the property then we will try to get a contractor to resolve the situation as soon as we possibly can, in some circumstances we have no control over repairs and have to contact the landlord directly. We are a professional agent and have been for over 50 years so to accuse of stealing it wouldn't be worth our business. If you would like to contact us directly in order to discuss then we would be happy answer any queries you may have. We try to help tenants if we can of which I believe we have helped yourselves if I am right to believe by your name.

3 Dec 2019This is Mrs A Hoskins , the first review was not from me impersonating someone is is fraud I have never had a bad comment to say against garratt and Anderson’s great service helped us when our last landlord would not fix our boiler left us with mice infestation when I have 2 young girls. Garratt and Anderson’s are friendly and reliable and would recommend them to anyone Paul is upfront with you and has always done his best to help us great team also if my name is used again I will take it further.

"I rented from this letting agent and found them to be very poor. It takes weeks if not months to get repairs done and that's if they even do them at all. We were left with water coming through the roof and dripping onto live electrics every time it rained and they just didn't care ... Read Full Review

Bad. They only care about what profit they are making from a tenant. They never check the house so if you are a landlord looking to use this agent I wouldn’t as I had one check in 8 years
