Everything was great until signing the contract and agreeing the terms saying that there was going to be painting and deep cleaning done on the property. Moved in, found the property to be filthy, the sofas has stains, torn, glass pieces spread across (I’ve sent them pics so they can’t deny it) The curtains were brown, the gas hob wasn’t working, the sink was blocked, faulty smoke alarms, broken knobs attached on tap. And a lot more issues! I’ve reported these issues as and when I’ve come across them. What they commit and what they deliver is totally not the same. Its been over 12 days since I’ve moved in and the issues are yet to be fixed. On top of that Jill Jimenez calls me and tells me that it’s not their fault. She oftens contradicts herself on emails, doesn’t have a clue what’s going on. And only knows one sentence - it’s been more than 7 days you’ve moved in, so we can’t help you with that. And she is supposed to be the person who I have to reach out if I need anything. How assuring it that? I can’t wait for my 6 months break clause to move out and stop dealing with such bullies. Please avoid them at all cost. I have images and emails to prove all of this.

The signs were not good. I had to move out of my previous accommodation because the lease of my Landlord, a Housing Association, was about to expire.
