I had a appointment at 12:15 5th October 2019 I arrived at 12:12. So I decided to ring the office. I got a lady that said the agent is stuck down Mansfield in traffic. So I waited until 1:00 still I didn't see anybody around. So I rang the office again the woman said she don't know when she will be there so I said I had a an appointment arranged for 12:15 it's now 1:00. She said she will ring her again. So I waited until 1:15. I rang the office again for the woman to say she don't know where the property is or the street she said she will ring her again so I asked her if she could get the agent to meet me because I been stood here for over an hour. After 20 mins the agent comes up the street to show me the property after waiting all that time. David Blount never gave me the number or address of thr property that I was suppose to view. So I viewed the property but voiced my frustration with the agent that your office didn't give me the right information to view the property. She told me to ring on Monday and tell them the same. So Mondays comes and I ring up to view another property I seen and I being to explain how the viewing went and the agent said I was rude on the about viewing I said yes because your office failed to give me the right information to view the property. Anyone would get their hair off waiting around.
