Booked an appointment to have my property valued at 9.30am on Friday 31st August. The agent did not arrive until almost quarter to ten. As a sales professional myself, arriving for an appointment 15 minutes late is not really acceptable especially when you don't even let the client know (we all have mobile phones). When he did arrive I mentioned that he was almost 15 minutes late. He wasn't happy that I chose to mention this and commented that he had had a bad morning before leaving. Definitely not we were expecting and certainly would not recommend

6 Sept 2018Thank you for your review. The appointment was booked for Monday 3rd September, at 9.30. I acknowledged I was 10 minutes late when your wife opened the door and I apologised. I didn't feel it was then necessary for you to glance at your watch and again make reference to it. I do though wish you all the best with any proposed house move.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
