A Clear day time robbery, I have rented house from Intelligent move a year ago and we gave back the house in spot on condition. But they want to charge me 180 pounds for cleaning toilet. What a shame?

4 Oct 2019It is very unfortunate that you feel that you have left the house in the same condition in which you received at the beginning of your tenancy, as the house was immaculate when you first moved in. In order to ensure complete transparency, please find attached the pictures which clearly show that the house had not been cleaned prior to you handing the keys back. As we pride ourselves on providing houses of good quality, the house had to be professionally cleaned prior to a new tenant moving in, to keep it to the standard that you initially received it in.

I have never experienced anything like it. No consistency...no care..and will do anything to screw you over for money. If you value standards and equality then stay clear of the intelligent move and do not let this woman deal with your property if you decide to rent with them. She will act lovely ... Read Full Review
