I have never experienced anything like it. No consistency...no care..and will do anything to screw you over for money. If you value standards and equality then stay clear of the intelligent move and do not let this woman deal with your property if you decide to rent with them. She will act lovely until crunch time and then will lie and deceive to screw you out of your hard earned money without a care in the world. We received a property in a disgusting state but were desperate, we rarely complained about issues with the property so not to become burdens as they were technically liveable issues and then when it came to moving out our thoughtful natures came back and bit us. This woman walked around the property said everything was fine except carpet and then left. Fast forward a few days and all of a sudden everything isnt okay and we are getting next to nothing of our deposit back due to stuff we just lived with. Horrified is an understatement. The new tenant they are bending over backwards for to make sure the house is in good condition before there in...we never recieved that care or thought. We feel very discriminated against to be honest. The bottom line...just avoid avoid avoid!
