I was supposed to move in to my new property today and we ended up in a very difficult situation. I have to admit that I wasn't sure if I would be able to have the property at the end of the day. However, thanks to Sovail Hamidy, we ended up signing the contract and finding a solution to our problem. He was very helpful the whole day and even stayed later just for us, to help us. I do not often take the time to write reviews - but I am doing it today as I feel that I need to thanks him for his help! So I would definitely recommend him!

Treat tenants on housing benefit like dogs. Damp and mould painted over instead of treated. Big massive holes in building façade so its freezing, have to keep heating on all day and night and allowing rodents into the building all the while my 6year old gets chronic chest infections ...
