I dont even want to give one star for the service we recieved. I rang to arrange a viewing for two properties in Evesham for 900pcm. The viewings were arranged for saturday as it was the only day my partner had off work. The day before the viewings I went on both of the houses adverts to find they were let agreed. Panicking I rang the office to ask if the houses were still available and the viewing was still going ahead and they reassured me it was. On the day of the viewing we set of around 10:00 for our first viewing at 12:30 as we was travelling from the Midlands and the lettings agent rang to double check that we were still interested in the potential properties. When we got to the first property I received a second phone call to say the letting agent was outside a completely different house on the same estate confused I showed him the confirmation messages of the houses we agreed to view. He told us that this house was available and was 925 pcm I looked on there webpage later that day to find it was actually 950 pcm and states let agreed. The letting agent wasnt sure whether or not the two properties we actually wanted to view were available but said we could look at them anyway he just needed to go back to the office for the keys. Me and my partner at this point were getting a bit irrate with the potential situation of viewing two properties which may not even be available. When the letting agent was back I asked specifically if he could tell us if any of the two properties were available he said he couldnt untill Monday and he would ring me on the monday. Monday morning came and I've not heard anything the adverts still say let agreed I rang the office at half 12 to speak to the letting agent who told me that he had spoken to someone this morning regarding those properties and that they actual were not available to let and the let had been agreed before we even took time and travelled down to view the two properties. What a absolute joke and all the letting agent could say is sorry it's a miscommunication on our behalf. I have never know anything so unprofessional and warn others not to use them because these people do not know what they are talking about.
