From booking a viewing to completing the application and processing, India was absolutely amazing slick, professional, and had everything wrapped up within just 5 working days! (Would have been sooner, it was a reference to my end that held it up) Communication between all the staff was incredibly clear, which shows what a well run, professional and tight nut team they are. Their customer service is next level. I've never worked with an agency that’s so proactive, pleasant, and professional. Highly recommend!

I dont even want to give one star for the service we recieved. I rang to arrange a viewing for two properties in Evesham for 900pcm. The viewings were arranged for saturday as it was the only day my partner had off work. The day before the viewings I went on both of the houses adverts to find they were let agreed. Panicking I rang the office to ask if the houses were still available and the viewing was still going ahead and they reassured me it was. On the day of the viewing we set of around 10:00 for our first viewing at 12:30 as we was travelling from the Midlands and the lettings agent rang to double check that we were still interested in the potential properties. When we got to the first property I received a second phone call to say the letting agent was outside a completely different house on the same estate confused I showed him the confirmation messages of the houses we agreed to view. He told us that this house was available and was 925 pcm I looked on there webpage later that day to find it was actually 950 pcm and states let agreed. The letting agent wasnt sure whether or not the two properties we actually wanted to view were available but said we could look at them anyway he just needed to go back to the office for the keys. Me and my partner at this point were getting a bit irrate with the potential situation of viewing two properties which may not even be available. When the letting agent was back I asked specifically if he could tell us if any of the two properties were available he said he couldnt untill Monday and he would ring me on the monday. Monday morning came and I've not heard anything the adverts still say let agreed I rang the office at half 12 to speak to the letting agent who told me that he had spoken to someone this morning regarding those properties and that they actual were not available to let and the let had been agreed before we even took time and travelled down to view the two properties. What a absolute joke and all the letting agent could say is sorry it's a miscommunication on our behalf. I have never know anything so unprofessional and warn others not to use them because these people do not know what they are talking about.

This company has no regard for the client once they get the fees it is imposible yo get anybody to do repairs at the house they also charged me for fees for references they did not do.the house was also filthy this must be the worst company in the... Read Full Review

What agent could do to change your mind?
I would never use them again in a million years and would recommend the same to anyone else.

Their fee was around £5000 plus vat, I found another agent who were far better for £3000 plus vat

Wow.......What an awful company !!
Rude on the phone is an absolute understatement, Christian is one of the rudest people I have ever had to speak to in my life and I have worked in the police force for over 15 years.
False promises from Mike when he came out to my property and guess what ? nothing materialised from this, not even my house going on Rightmove for 2 weeks after he came to do the photographs. I kept my house on the market with them for 12 weeks as this was the minimum time they could have, I was told I should have read the contract by Mike, I asked to complain to the manager and was amazed when Mike told me that was him ! I have now wrote a complaint to the Managing Director Jonathon Simpson and not received any response so I will be going to the property ombudsman.
I have since changed agents to Town and Country who are around half the fee and they have now sold the property after 4 viewings in the first 2 weeks.
I was that disappointed with RA Bennetts I found a house on the market with another one of their offices and approached the owner direct and agreed a sale between us, I was not at all surprised when he responded that he had had a very similar experience to me !!
My advice is stay well clear of these amateurs.
