Stonegates are absolutely appalling. The house has been on the market for nearly a year and they only (just about) managed to achieve one offer, which fell through. The fact that other houses of similar size have sold ever since (through different agents), adds to my irritation. They are incapable of being impartial and avoid contact when updates are requested. I would've done a much better job selling out of the back of my vehicle or from a backstreet alleyway. Don't bother unless you want to waste your time. There are far better and more competent estate agents in Hitchin.
